Ben received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona in 2011. In May of 2014 he graduated from the University Of Arizona College Of Law, where he specialized in business formation/organization and tax law. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona and has over 9 years of real estate investing experience. He has been involved in over 100 real estate transactions, with specialization in helping investors find great opportunities. As a founding partner of The Apex Team, Ben has taken the reins as team leader. He continues to develop his leadership skills to help team members identify and pursue their goals and dreams. When not working on business development, Ben still enjoys finding great properties for investors!
Stephen McNair-Larese is our Lead Buyer’s specialist. He is a University of Arizona graduate where he majored in Translation and Interpretation, and minored in Teaching and Business Administration. He has a lot of experience with property management and working with investors to help them rent their homes for a profit. As our Lead Buyer’s Specialist, Stephen has helped many people become qualified to be able to buy the house of their dreams. He speaks Spanish, enjoys water sports, and is very devoted to serving the community.
Jake Arnold is a real estate sales agent and property manager for The Apex Team. Jake ran track for the University of Arizona from 2002-2007 where he won two national titles in the Decathlon in 2006 and 2007. He then ran as a Professional Track Athlete until 2013 and was inducted into the University of Arizona Hall of Fame in 2012. Jake Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Retailing and Consumer Sciences with General Business and Communication minors. He has experience in real estate investments and managing rental properties since 2008. The drive that powered him to athletic excellence allows him to effectively assist people in buying or selling properties in Tucson.
Rahel Butah was raised on the Central Coast of California and relocated to Tucson, Arizona three and a half years ago. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College she moved to Los Angeles and went on to earn her Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Directing from UCLA. After graduating from UCLA, Rahel launched her career at Marvel Studios, joining the company while the first Iron Man movie was in pre-production. Her time at Marvel Studios eventually led to a position as the Senior Artist Manager at The Third Floor Inc, the number one previsualization company in the movie industry.
After working in management in the movie business for several years, Rahel moved to beautiful Tucson, Arizona. She prides herself on great communication skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service. Rahel is known for her passion, solid work ethic and integrity.
In her spare time, she loves to hike, explore new spots in town and volunteer at the Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona.
Terry is a native of Hawaii with a military background and a passion for real estate. Terry’s career in the military has given him in-depth understanding of the needs of veterans and those who serve our nation. From Veteran’s Administration (VA) Loans to military relocation, he specializes in meeting your real estate needs.
Jack is a senior at the University of Arizona pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Eller College of Management. He is an active member of the largest chapter of Delta Sigma Pi (A Professional Business Fraternity) in the country. Jack’s marketing background goes hand in hand with his passion for real estate. Jack comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs and is a native to Northern Arizona. He is driven by a strong work ethic coupled with excellent communication and people skills. When out of the office he enjoys playing golf, exercising, and spending time with friends and family.
Scott, born and raised in the Old Pueblo, is currently a senior at the University of Arizona pursuing an undergraduate degree in Economics. His education has vastly contributed to much of his knowledge within the real estate (RE) industry. Scott found a passion for RE when he discovered the amount of potential that it can bring to someone’s financial future. Because of his understanding of investing, Scott works with investors around the country and helps them buy and sell properties in Tucson for a great return on their investment. While he focuses most of his time on career and school, outside of the office, Scott enjoys anything that has to do with physical activity (I.e. hiking, Ultimate Frisbee, etc.). Matt is a real estate agent specializing in residential investments. Growing up in Los Angeles, Matt learned early on to set high standards of practice. He founded the Young Entrepreneur’s Club at seventeen and became an Eagle Scout at eighteen. Matt went on to study business at the University of Arizona, making Dean’s List with Distinction, and then on to the University of Southern California to study Real Estate in one of the nation’s top five programs. Matt prides himself in operating first and foremost from a place of integrity and complements this with an analytic mindset and a passion for numbers. Outside of real estate, Matt enjoys classic literature and plays Folk-style guitar. Matt lives in Tucson, Arizona.

Tom Riehle is a licensed real estate agent and the newest member of the Apex Team. With over three years of interships relating to property management and construction Tom is a vital team member that provides substantial assistance to all members of the Apex Team.
The Apex Administrative Support Team
Nicholas Riehle graduated from the University of Arizona in 2013 with his bachelors in Public Policy and Administration and in 2014 with his Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in collaborative governance. He has also spent the last two years as a Human Resource Officer in the United States Army Reserves where he serves as the Personnel Officer for over 100 Soldiers. His experience in office management and his leadership experience will make him a valuable asset to the team.
With over 20 years of experience in the accounting field, and a background in real estate, her know-how is arguably second to none. In her continuing quest for knowledge, she recently earned an MBA-Accounting degree. She is dedicated to leading CORe in achieving our goal of excellence in our field.
A native of Southern Arizona David received his education in the field of Computer Science. After his studies he began his career in the Media Industry and earned over 15 years of experience. During his career he excelled in marketing, new media, publishing, design and public relations. This versatility saw him work and be promoted in various disciplines achieving the highest promotion to Publisher. Professionally managed print communication, marketing, new media, technology, graphics and earned various recognitions for contributions to the industry. After 4 years in David transitioned into leadership positions including Design Manager, Advertising Manager, Production Manager, Editor and Publisher. David was also named corporate board and consul of design operations for 32 newspapers. After his career in publishing David was a marketing consultant in Software Development and International Business Sectors.
David was also an active in non-profit sector and a volunteer. He was named President of the Lions Club for 4 years, Board Member Rotary International, Board Member at WIA SCC, Board Member SCC One-Stop, Board Member-SCC Community Food Bank, Board Member-SCC Cultural Committee, Board Chair SCC Boy Scouts. Graduated from the University of Arizona in 2014 with a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Rick went on to work as a defense contractor with STG company for the last few years in Sierra Vista, Arizona. He than came to work for the Apex Team in August of 2016 where he has masterfully taken to the position of transaction coordinator. His dedication to the team, and strong work ethic make him a great addition to the team, and the Apex family.
Christopher Queen Comes to sunny Southern Arizona via Portland Oregon. Chris previously started his own business focusing on the sustainable reclamation of food waste, he has a background in business to business sales as well as product research and development. Chris will be supporting our team Working as our Sales Coordinator. His relentless work ethic and attention to detail will be a critical addition to our growing team.
